This project included the addition of a loft conversion, rear extension and full internal reconfiguration of a terraced property in Kent. The existing dwelling, typical of its age, was unsuited for a modern family and accordingly required modernisation. Due to the existing limitations of its size, a carefully considered solution was required to optimise the available space.
