Orchard Cottage

This project included the proposed rear extension and internal configuration to a Grade II listed cottage in East Sussex. The existing layout of the two bedroom cottage was ill suited for a modern family and accordingly proposals were explored to create a green oak framed gable extension to the rear, reconfiguring an existing, poor quality extension to provide a larger kitchen, living an dining space as well as an additional bedroom and ensuite.
